  • the post holder will also support the programme of events, groups and activities for bereaved families
  • the ideal candidate will have experience of working with people in a key worker or family support role
  • experience of assessment, advocacy and counselling skills would be beneficial
  • you will be managed and supervised by the Bereavement Support Coordinator, working within Noahs Ark policies & procedures
  • the Bereavement Support Worker will act as a keyworker for a caseload of families referred for Bereavement support and where required support families residing at The Ark for post-death care, including memory work
  • this is an ideal post for someone with experience and interest in bereavement work, looking to join a forward thinking, expanding service
  • you will enjoy working independently but also capable of effective team working, ideally with experience of inter-professional working across health, education and social care
