- manage all aspects of project sites
- ensure that all required safety and quality standards are met at each job site
- manage change orders and provide status updates to Project Manager
- coordinate with Project Managers on site to ensure that work is progressing as scheduled
- ensure that all equipment is in good working order
- ensure that all buildings are in good condition
- monitor progress of all projects and report any issues to Project Managers or Supervisors for resolution
- assist Supervisors in monitoring equipment usage and suggest improvements to Site Managers
Requirements
- experience with Construction Management Software preferred but not required
- previous experience in building maintenance or management required
- 5+ years of Site Management or Supervisory experience preferred but not required
