- manage customer non conformance, and implementing suitable corrective actions
- to work on large, complex, multidisciplined projects within a strictly regulated environment
- to collate and analyse data, support with audits, and liaise with clients
- ensuring the Quality Management System is kept up to date and in line with processes
Requirements
- experience working in a large complex, highly regulated environment
- quality
- knowledge based around ISO 9001 and another highly regulated QMS
- excellent communication and relationship building skills
- quality Engineering or Management experience in a manufacturing background
