Hi there! The Systems Support Engineer at MJD SYSTEMS will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining operating systems and software applications. They will also set up and maintain computer networks, monitor network performance and security, and collaborate with other IT professionals. They require a HNC or above in Computer Science or related field, proven experience in technical support or system administration roles, and strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts. Additionally, a full driving license is necessary. The salary for this position is £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year.
