Responsibility
- oversee and streamline production operations of facility two
- implement continuous process improvements to enhance production quality and reduce costs
- providing the information to the buyer to procure materials at placement of customer orders
- liaising with the workshop managers on how the work will be sequenced to meet customer deadlines
- manage intercompany workflow between facilities
- maintaining health and safety at both manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- workshop resource management, arranging new hires and contract workers where and when required
- ensuring quality is upheld in line with our accreditations and quality procedures
