Terrible experience with MDWS Ltd. Eric one of the directors is not to be trusted. Advised initially that the cost of a cctv survey and jetting a pipe, would be a few hundred £’s, however when the invoice came it was over £1000. He stated work required when in reality it was not required. He also stated that I should expect to hand him a blank Cheque for any further works. He also constantly contradicted himself with what work had been carried out. When I questioned him, he became extremely defensive and hung up the phone on me. The works carried out should have cost no more than £300. Be very very careful if you use this company. They are out to take your money and that is their main goal. They will (deleted by the administrator) you off.
