Responsibility
- perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to, recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts
- prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts
- conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
- manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

- help ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- training to become a chartered accountant can be provided following successful completion of probation
- previous bookkeeping experience would be beneficial but not necessary
- solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
