Dreadful customer service apalling take your money and refuse to reply with any issue your on your own, trading standards need to be informed they ignore whatsapps and emails and dont want to know you once they send out wrong colours and sizes

Not as shown in the pictures. They sent me the wrong size and dupatta as mentioned in the description, was chaffon but what they sent me is some cheap material. Very poor customer service. None picks up the phone or call back. I tried to contact Instagram as well. Nobody replies. FRAUD

Appalling , ordered a suit , it was damaged , contacted the company they agreed to refund 50% but after 4 days still no refund , sent a message but no reply , chased again but nothing . No customer service , no point of contact and very very poor communication, after reading other reviews it seems as though the norm for them is to provide (deleted by the administrator) customer service and ignore any customer issues . I am taking it to trading standards as they should not be operating .

Friend recommended Mirha textile to me as she was a regular customer. Ordered 3 suits. They both arrived on time and were same as photo on the website. Highly recommended
