mix feelings, the reality is most Agencies care very little for the care assistants at the start the Agency will try hard
to put in their books once you completed the training the party is over. During the training the Agency do not even offer you a coffee not even a drink... they stated the Agency do not charge you for the training which any Agency does not charge because is for their benefit. How could anyone could work for a care Agency. Many Agencies pay for transport if they do not many will pay for the hotel so potential care asistants can have the training which the Miracle works does not employ an outside Agency the Agency uses their own employees will not pay for anything.. there is an agency in Surrey the Agency pays for hotel and they even offer food for 2 days . coffee tea... etc. that is a descent agency. ah and the Agency does not charge to training so is not a big deal if an Agency does not charge for training I do not know of any Agency that might charge for training.
