- mintago, a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team
- you play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our business
- mintago is revolutionising financial wellbeing by providing a platform that improves financial wellbeing for employers and their employees
- identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including social media, email marketing, cold calling, and other sales tactics
- develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and work towards establishing long-term partnerships
- as a Sales Agent – Lead Generation, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients
- understand the needs and requirements of clients and offer tailored solutions that best fit their needs
- develop and implement lead generation strategies that increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
Requirements
- previous experience in sales or lead generation in financial services or a related field
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
- A team player, able to work collaboratively with other departments within the company
