- in turn, that means we need to recruit a new IT Service Support Technician , with the overall purpose of delivering an effective IT service support to all Association colleagues and stakeholders: investigating, and resolving IT issues, and taking a proactive role in IT projects delivery
Requirements
- the ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, and architectures
- good workplace communications skills and a helpful "can do" attitude to support colleagues in their work
- an IT or related subject Graduate. Any existing workplace experience and understanding of Agile and/or other software development methodologies is a plus
