Responsibility
- take responsibility for the effective management of your designated service area including promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals
- completing all planned preventative maintenance visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual
- assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities as technical support and to promote service contracts
- maintaining tools and test equipment properly and liaising with the Service Supervisor/Manager to ensure they are calibrated
- maintenance of spare parts inventory, company vehicle and other company equipment and supplies
- respond to customer calls during office hours, Monday to Friday bearing in mind that customers must be contacted within 24 hrs of their initial call
- occasional training of clinical staff on designated equipment
- take a project management role for central station installations within assigned service territory and coordinating the installation of large orders if required
