Responsibility
register clients, book and attend viewings and secure valuations along with Financial Services referrals
you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers
conduct property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers
negotiate offers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets
provide accurate and timely feedback to clients
keep up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends
collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions
you will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
Requirements
A full clean driving license and your own car are a must
proven experience in sales, preferably within the estate industry
