Responsibility
- create box combos, calculate margins, upload products, monitor and adjust stock levels
- create collection pages and stay informed about all products available across sales channels
- review order confirmations and ensure purchase order accuracy
- inform the team about incoming products pending approval from the Buying & Merchandising Manager and CMO
- maintain consistency in outreach efforts across HEAT and Mile
- ensure a continuous flow of products to the website and notify the Buying & Merchandising Manager of new stock for upload
- create product line sheets and presentations for product launches
- conduct brand research, develop purchase proposals, create product wish lists, and brainstorm ideas for brand projects and collaborations
