Responsibility
- full 360 recruitment – managing the entire process from business development to candidate placement
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored recruitment solutions across Life Sciences, Biomedical, and AI markets
- proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and AI-driven healthcare companies
- source, screen, and manage high-calibre candidates for niche technical, scientific, and commercial roles
- negotiate contracts, terms of business, and fees with clients
- provide market insights, industry trends, and strategic hiring advice to clients and candidates
- mentor and support junior consultants where applicable
Requirements
- strong track record in business development and client relationship management
- ability to source and place candidates across mid-to-senior level roles within highly specialised fields
- deep understanding of market trends, regulatory landscapes, and talent challenges in Life Sciences, Biomedical, and AI recruitment
- excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
