- oversee the effective running of the kitchen, ensuring all guests receive the same exceptional food at all times
- be proactive in minimising potential risks, and complete accident and RIDDOR reporting procedures in a timely manner
- ensuring all Kitchen team members have complete and up to date staff files
- provide regular communication, including praise and corrective coaching, to all team members
