Requirements

Responsibility
- every project at MSL is different and as a lot of our work is bespoke, there is plenty of variety
- assembling light fittings; following instruction manuals, using fixings, hand tools and learning the different procedures to manufacture our wide range of standard and custom-built luminaires
- our products are designed so that they can easily be disassembled, have internal components replaced, upgraded and eventually parts recycled
- when we produce larger batches of standard fittings you will have the chance to learn each type inside out, but rarely on a scale that demands weeks of the same work
- due to the diversity and often bespoke nature of our product, assembly at SL bears little resemblance to assembly lines in a large automotive or electronics company
- thanks to that varied environment and opportunities to work in our workshop, each position in the company is unique allowing for progression in different directions throughout the organization
- the products and company are constantly evolving, and we very much believe in encouraging staff to think for themselves and to contribute by means of ideas as well as hard work
- reNew is a new division of Stoane Lighting that has been set up in response to the increased interest in repair or upgrade requirements
