  • IMMEDIATE START - The domiciliary Care manager needs to have required qualifications for the job
  • has experience in domiciliary care, needs good communication skills, must be registered with social care Wales as domiciliary care manager or in the process to get registered
  • effectively manage complaints and incidents
  • deal with complaints, organise staff training and feedback meetings with staff, be enthusiastic, update paper works to make sure we remain compliant, make sure managerial tasks are completed, be in touch with service users to get their feedback, recruitment of staff and their interviews, assess SUs, prepare care plans and deal with reviews and monthly reports, work alongside the RI and the care coordinator, ensure services is run smoothly, staff are up to date with their training and know what they are doing, dbs checks are done on all employees
  • manage the safety and quality of the business  Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures  Undertake training and development to keep up to date with the law, best practice and changes in company policy
  • apply this knowledge to day to day management and delivery of care  Understand and monitor health and safety in the workplace and in the field
  • act as lead for infection prevention and control  Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements and to ensure the effective running of the business  Implement quality management and improvement systems
