Responsibility
- provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management, acting as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters
- manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processes
- develop, implement and update HR policies and proceures in accordance with legal and industry best practices
- advise management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment
- conduct regular employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale
- administer Payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- stay current with HR trends and legal requirements, proactively recommending improvements to HR practices abd processes
Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 or above is a plus
- 2 years of proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
- thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with tact and diplomacy
- high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
