Responsibility

  • to pick and pack orders allocated by the Despatch Manager
  • high level of care and accuracy within pick operations
  • ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • load 3rd party distribution vehicles in a safe and presentable manner
  • assist with inventory counting when necessary
  • maintain high standards of housekeeping
  • maintain high levels of safety awareness
  • ability to follow instructions

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • numerical and focused on accuracy
  • pays attention to detail
  • basic IT skills in Microsoft packages
  • knowledge of in-house computer stock systems would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • previous experience in a busy high performing despatch operation would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
