Requirements
- knowledge and experience of automotive parts
- experience in automotive parts sales
- in a fast paced environment you will need good telephone skills and the ability to multitask
- be computer confident in order to source the correct parts both from our own extensive stock and external suppliers
- A knowledge of MAM software is desirable, but not essential
- provide a high quality service to our customers in a friendly, approachable manner
- ability to work on the shop counter and deal with customers face-to-face when/ if needed
- previous experience working within a motor factor, dealership parts department, trade counter or other sales advisor roles
