Responsibility

  • the role will be site based, visiting buildings around the Midlands and North East
  • you will work as part of a 2-person team
  • A normal day would consist of meeting a colleague, travelling to various appointments, and carrying out the required surveys
  • depending on where in the country you are working, will determine how many appointments you have per day
  • we are looking to add a Full Time Subsidence Monitoring Technician to our busy team. Midland Subsidence Surveying LTD specialises in surveying the movement of buildings suffering from subsidence
  • on some occasions, our technicians will be asked to stay overnight, rather than travel home
  • this is paid for by the company
  • no day is the same, you will travel the country, surveying anything from a terraced house to a warehouse to a cathedral
