Requirements
- experience of working in a Purchasing and Supply Chain operation
- experience of purchasing and supplier management is desirable
- familiarity with sourcing of food products and supplier management
- ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
- solid judgement along with decision making skills
- excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- key team player and strong interpersonal skills
