Responsibility
- to assist other team members to ensure any delivery queries are resolved and monitoring accounts/payments including sending payment reminders
- identifying any opportunities to improve efficiencies, from encouraging customers to have emailed invoices or pay online or other general office procedures
- we are looking for a motivated, organised individual to join our small busy team, dealing with all our customer enquiries over the telephone, by email and in person
- administration of Office and systems – ensuring all information is up to date and accurate at all times and use of computer packages and systems
Requirements
- good level of Customer Service skills
- high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- good level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- highly organised and good communication skills
- positive and ‘can do’ attitude and able to work as part of a team
- experience of working in a busy environment & under pressure. The individual must be able to use their own initiative to manage time and prioritise to ensure daily tasks are achieved
