Responsibility
- build and maintain customer relationships
- build and maintain relationships across internal departments
- work closely with corporate sales and culinary teams
- conduct product training and take ownership of queries
- seek out, recommend and develop key product opportunities by surveying consumer needs and trends
- arrange end user onsite training with culinary teams
- supply management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products

Requirements
- successful customer service/ sales experience
- successful customer service/ sales experience preferably in the commercial catering equipment Industry
- proactive approach, able to make decisions and to take appropriate actions
