Responsibility
- install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- inspect temporary electrical components, such as distribution boards , lighting fixtures and cables
- identify electrical problems, repair and or replace where needed on site
- repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures from our in house hire stock
- follow safety guidelines and regulations when working with electrical systems
- collaborate with other Midas engineers and technicians contractors on larger projects
- keep accurate records of work performed
Requirements
- proven experience as an electrician or in a similar role
- knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the trade
- ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
- strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
- excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- BS7671 electrical: 1 year
- event electrical: 1 year
