Responsibility

  • taking ownership for full product development and engineering activities within Microplate Dx
  • ensure R&D projects are managed appropriately, including goal-setting, progress tracking, budgeting, identifying risks and providing suitable risk mitigation strategies
  • taking responsibility for product life cycle management, including identification of areas for both incremental and transformational product enhancements
  • technical oversight, mentoring guidance and training
  • responsible for key relationship development with all stakeholders
  • provide line management to product development/engineering teams
  • ensure departmental activities align with overarching organisation level strategies
  • liaise closely with senior management to ensure company growth and achieve associated strategic organisational objectives
