Responsibility

  • you’ll be working as part of a multi-location team with offices in the UK, Dubai, USA and the Philippines
  • previous 2nd/3rd line IT experience is REQUIRED
  • technical Lead for 2nd/3rd line cases providing an escalation point for engineers
  • answer support queries via phone and email when required or during high volumes
  • you will need to demonstrate good critical thinking, communication skills and problem-solving ability with some general IT support scenario questions
  • logging of customer requests and incidents to a high standard and guiding other engineers
  • white Label IT are looking for an IT helpdesk Technical Lead to join their talented team and be part of their exciting growth plans
  • diagnosing and rectifying end user IT problems by assisting and training engineers LIVE

Requirements

  • exceptional customer service and confident communication skills
  • enthusiasm, willingness to learn and make friends
  • great coaching mentality, able to put oneself in a young engineers shoes
  • extensive knowledge and experience of Office 365, Azure and Active Directory
  • network troubleshooting skills, good understanding on networking concepts
