- this sector in recent years has seen a huge increase in demand and an unprecedented shift towards packaging product in cans
- delivery and installation of canning machines, label applicators, carbonators and rotary tables
- delivery, installation of canning machines, label applicators and rotary tables
- light to medium electrical/mechanical engineering skills
- providing customer support including talking through breakdown situations
- set up and test new machines and equipment
- set up and test new machines and equipment and final commissioning
Requirements
- mitsubishi PLC, controls
- PLC fault finding
- experience of electronic inverter drives and controls
- knowledge and understanding of general 3ph motor control circuits and fault diagnosis
- understanding of servo drive systems and control
- electrical sensors and applications
- competent in general electrical/mechanical maintenance
- experience of ink jet coding
