Responsibility

  • assist with processing and placing orders for our New Build Division
  • cross checking house drawings against purchase orders
  • entering orders onto our inhouse system including ordering relevant materials
  • cross checking and approving invoices to purchase orders
  • confidence to communicate effectively with suppliers
  • liaising with New Build personnel
  • respond to questions/requests for information from Installations Team
  • ordering stationery as required

Requirements

  • meticulous attention to detail
  • ability to use basic Xero accounting software
  • A good grasp of numeracy and grammar
