Requirements

  • proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
  • strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
  • proficiency in Active Directory administration
  • familiarity with Mac OS and Windows Server environments
  • experience with remedy ticketing system is a plus
  • excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility
