Responsibility

  • efficiently and professionally handle customer hire inquiries via various platforms such as phone, email, and social media, ensuring end-to-end resolution
  • identify potential new customers and refer them to the Sales Team for follow-up and further engagement
  • support the external sales team and management by assisting with inquiries when required
  • exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and employees across all levels of the organization
  • accurately input hire contracts, process off-hires, suspensions, breakdowns, etc., and maintain precise documentation
  • coordinate with the Workshop team to prepare machinery for hire
  • arrange timely delivery and collection of orders, adhering to customer requirements
  • independently manage and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly workload
