efficiently and professionally handle customer hire inquiries via various platforms such as phone, email, and social media, ensuring end-to-end resolution
identify potential new customers and refer them to the Sales Team for follow-up and further engagement
support the external sales team and management by assisting with inquiries when required
exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and employees across all levels of the organization
accurately input hire contracts, process off-hires, suspensions, breakdowns, etc., and maintain precise documentation
coordinate with the Workshop team to prepare machinery for hire
arrange timely delivery and collection of orders, adhering to customer requirements
independently manage and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly workload
Requirements
exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle changing demands professionally
strong written and verbal communication skills
well-organized, highly motivated, and capable of working under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
tenacious, adaptable, and skilled at prioritizing tasks effectively
confident, friendly, and goal-driven, with excellent communication skills in person and over the telephone
