Responsibility

  • continuous Improvement of processes
  • supervising Purchase Ledger Assistant
  • entering supplier invoices and credit notes to the computer system and matching the invoice to the purchase order
  • discrepancies to be notified to department managers
  • the M J Allen Group of Companies are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join our friendly accounts team at our Ashford, Kent head office. We are a group of engineering companies located in Ashford, Kent, Swanley, Kent and Derbyshire
  • reconciling supplier statements
  • ensuring payments to suppliers are processed
  • monthly reconciliation of the bought ledgers for the M J Allen Group
