Responsibility
- assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
- safely secure items in the delivery vehicle to prevent damage during transit
- accompany the driver on delivery routes and assist with navigation
- provide exceptional customer service by delivering items in a timely and professional manner
- communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
- follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- ensure all delivered items are accounted for and in good condition
Requirements
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- previous experience in commercial driving, warehouse, or delivery driver roles is preferred but not necessary
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- driving: 1 year
- delivery driver experience: 1 year
