Responsibility

  • we are a small, friendly establishment with 2 companies, and we are seeking a new bookkeeper to join our team
  • experience in working on Xero accounting software is essential
  • experience in payroll is also essential as you will be paying employees on a weekly and monthly basis
  • you will be responsible for the bookkeeping works on the Two companies including sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations and submitting of VAT returns
  • part-time hours: 10 -14 hours per week

Requirements

  • prior knowledge of Xero Cloud Accounting Software
  • bookkeeping: 2-3 years
  • accounting: 3 years
