Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- fabricate and fit a range of steel fabrications
- ensure workshop deadlines are met
- provide introduction and safety briefings to employees
- complete regular health and safety briefings
- implement processes to ensure workshop is functioning efficiently
- maintain quality control with checks for all members of the workshop
- schedule fabrication and fitting with Project coordinator
- provide feedback to design manager in regards to fabrication methods etc
Requirements
- experience in a similar role
- must be able to use MAG welding process to a high standard
- attention to detail and able to produce high quality work consistently
- working to the EN1090 standard
- be able to read complex fabrication drawings and interpret requirements
- working in an RWC role
- good communication and time keeping skills
- coded in a MAG, TIG and/or MMA process
