Responsibility
- follow all Health & Safety protocols and monitor ongoing safety in line with the company Health & Safety Policies
- follow the Quality Manual protocols. Manually complete all batch records and enter data into the company computer system as well looking up information on the computer system to ensure planning processes are followed
- logging all processes of production to job sheets
- mixing of powder ingredients using mixers/blenders following the SOP procedures and advice by the production manager
- weighing of powder ingredients using various balances/scales following the SOP procedures and advice by the production manager
- responsibility for taking samples of raw materials and final products to hand over to QC
- ensure all company procedures are followed
- ensure products are stored safely and compliant with regulations
