Responsibility
- our Client based in Luton is looking for 4-6 Class 1 HGV Drivers to join their existing Transport Team
- day shifts with start times around 6am, There are also tramping opportunities
- basic - £15.60ph up to £19.60ph
- as a professional driver you would become a vital member of our valued team
- holiday round up - £19.77ph up to £25.68ph
- if tramping - £25 paid per night
- safely operate the HGV Vehicle in line with Drivers Regulations
- transport goods to and from delivery sites
Requirements
- proven experience as a truck driver in similar role
- familiarity with local roads and routes
- no more than 6 points on your licence
- good Communication skills to liaise with customers and the traffic office
- have a current Digital Tachograph card and Drivers CPC Card
- strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- full understanding of tachograph legislation
- excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
