Responsibility

  • organising and overseeing planned site maintenance . Ensuring that any planned maintenance is delivered on time
  • organising and overseeing Reactive maintenance and Remedial works
  • raising internal Additional Works Requests for the site EHSQ Manager for approval and subsequent Purchase Order
  • providing liaison between the Client site and Meridian Birmingham
  • assist in ensuring that the site meets Government regulations and Environmental, Health and
  • organising contractor visits to site, the appropriate RAMS and the issuing of contractor work permits and ensuring a safe working environment with safe systems of work
