commercial awareness and some Technical awareness
the ability to recognize and understand the wider picture for the DC
facilities maintenance: 3 years
customer Service skills as each DC employee is a customer
Responsibility
organising and overseeing planned site maintenance . Ensuring that any planned maintenance is delivered on time
organising and overseeing Reactive maintenance and Remedial works
raising internal Additional Works Requests for the site EHSQ Manager for approval and subsequent Purchase Order
providing liaison between the Client site and Meridian Birmingham
assist in ensuring that the site meets Government regulations and Environmental, Health and
organising contractor visits to site, the appropriate RAMS and the issuing of contractor work permits and ensuring a safe working environment with safe systems of work
the role of the Facilities and Project Co-ordinator is to work closely with, and to support, the L’Oreal
