Responsibility
A point of contact for business support team
dealing with customer queries by phone and email
ensure that all necessary documentation is sent to Local Authorities and Clients/Agents
prepare Building Regulation Final Certificates and issuing to Local Authorities and applicants/agents
to prepare and issue quotes to Clients/Agents
to assist with area surveyor management, including the processing of reports for area managers and Directors
check the validity, completeness and accuracy of building regulation submissions, and instructions for ancillary services, including the accuracy of plans, correctness of fees, and completeness of forms in accordance with agreed procedures and legislation and entering onto the Company’s database within specific deadlines
carry out a range of daily duties including; organise and book site inspections
