Responsibility

  • ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services
  • welcome residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues
  • monitoring/patrol of the communal areas of the development on a daily basis to ensure cleanliness at all time
  • conducting regular site inspections and operations
  • receiving and signing of mail/packages on behalf of the residents
  • man the reception desk and relay back any issues that the tenants highlight
  • helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development
  • conducting weekly testing of smoke alarms & monthly testing of emergency lighting
