Responsibility
- working alongside the business departmental leads on the project to execute User testing and training
- identifying the scope of the data migration working alongside IT and Internal stakeholders
- ensuring all data cleansing activities are complete in current source systems
- running data quality and validation in the target systems
- creation of a project plan ensuring all internal stakeholders are held accountable for deadlines and deliverables
- identifying and documenting key tasks for completion
- ability to manage the relationship across multiple stakeholders, ensuing the project stays on track
- highlighting any risks to deliverables as early as possible
Requirements
- implementation or change management of ERP / CRM systems
- experience and management of large-scale system implementation
- managing all elements of projects and change
- strong resilience and experience of adapting to changes in deadlines and deliverables
- experience of Project management principles and ability to hold people accountable
