Responsibility
- respond to unplanned site attendance requests ensuring that charger breakdowns are repaired at the earliest opportunity
- proactively ensure that all reasonable attempts are made to attend the sites which you have been scheduled to attend
- ensure all chargers are installed, maintained and repaired to the highest standards
- ensure all troubleshooting options have been attempted before escalating for assistance
- this list is not exhaustive but your role will be a mixture of Installation and Maintenance of our charging infrastructure and back office network Driivz
- regular communication with Service and Support Manager and Operations staff
- deal with any issues with vans/equipment and link in with the office based Operations staff when needed
- attend planned site visit requests which will be set out in a planned schedule given in advance by our office based team
Requirements
- commercial Electrical: 5 years
