Responsibility
- providing market research across a broad range of financial products and business solutions
- produce clear, easy to understand reports that explains the suitability of the client recommendation being made
- prepare for client reviews and produce analysis of performance including cash flow forecasts
- to work collaboratively with and support the Independent Financial Adviser, Directors, Operations Manager and Adviser Support team in line with Melville Core Brand Values commitments to our Clients
- support the firm as required at Industry meetings and client meetings
- preparing and maintaining client’s records on Melville Client Record system, completing whole of market research, Suitability Reports and Cash Flow Planning to enable an exceptional client recommendation in line with the clients desired outcome, risk profile, capacity for loss and longer-term requirements
- review and comment on individual reports
- work collaboratively with Financial Advisers to support exceptional client outcomes. Liaise with the Financial Advisers utilising Fact Find documentation to progress client recommendations
Requirements
- organised – excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- numerate – must have strong analytical skills
- excellent standard of written and verbal communication and produce excellent client documentation
- excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to interpret data and produce recommendations with supporting evidence
- excellent stakeholder management with ability to positively influence others
