Requirements

• minimum 3 years' experience in category management within a FMCG environment and ideally across more than one category
• excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a simple and powerful way, through clear storytelling
• the ability to manipulate and analyse large sets of data to get to the ‘why’ and ‘so what'

• experience with a variety of data sources including Kantar, Euromonitor, Nielsen and IRI
• experience in interpreting market research studies to bring out key insights
• A creative mindset to help solve complex problems
• organisational and multi-tasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• broad and in-depth understanding of UK retail landscape
• reasonably confident in commercial perspectives i.e., aware of cross-functional requirements and tensions
• A high level of energy and drive with a track record of delivering proven results
• category Management: 3 years
• confident in customer-facing situations
• ability to deliver to tight deadlines and to organise your own time productively without close management
• very articulate and persuasive in voicing opinions
