Requirements
- minimum 3 years' experience in category management within a FMCG environment and ideally across more than one category
- excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a simple and powerful way, through clear storytelling
- the ability to manipulate and analyse large sets of data to get to the ‘why’ and ‘so what'
- experience with a variety of data sources including Kantar, Euromonitor, Nielsen and IRI
- experience in interpreting market research studies to bring out key insights
- A creative mindset to help solve complex problems
- organisational and multi-tasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- broad and in-depth understanding of UK retail landscape
