Responsibility

  • setting up direct debits and taking manual payments via various methods
  • responsible for maintaining ledgers recording customer debt, communications, queries and outcomes
  • ensuring timely collection and recording of customer debt
  • responsible for resolving, negotiating and concluding debt cases with both internal and external customers
  • to maintain accurate administration of customer account and case notes
  • work closely with the team members and necessary operational teams to ensure effective resolution of customer debt
  • dealing with internal HR compliance
  • ensuring the office compliance is up to date with relevant regulators including creation and or review of company contents such as advertising materials, outgoing letter templetes and email templetes

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • credit control: 3 years
