Responsibility

  • manage client onboarding process
  • gather information from clients, financial advisers, accountants and NHSBSA
  • review client information to ensure we have the right information
  • chase clients and third parties for outstanding information
  • liaise with clients on case progression
  • data input and update necessary systems
  • assist with preparation of NHS pension analysis
  • prepare and issue invoices to clients
