A bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental management, sustainability or another related field is a plus but not required
professional certifications or memberships to professional bodies related to ESG are a plus
5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility roles, preferably within a multi-company group and within the building services sector

identify key ESG risks and opportunities, integrate them into the group's strategic planning and decision-making processes
lead efforts in stakeholder engagement, including customers, employees, communities, and suppliers
drive social responsibility, community engagement, and employee well-being initiatives
oversee the management of ESG-related risks and ensure compliance with global ESG regulations and standards
ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards
