- identify key ESG risks and opportunities, integrate them into the group's strategic planning and decision-making processes
- lead efforts in stakeholder engagement, including customers, employees, communities, and suppliers
- drive social responsibility, community engagement, and employee well-being initiatives
- oversee the management of ESG-related risks and ensure compliance with global ESG regulations and standards
