- perform general electrical work on a range of applications in industrial, commercial, and domestic settings
- interpreting electrical wiring drawings and terminate control and power cabling
- this role requires experience in general electrical work, encompassing industrial, commercial, and domestic applications
- capability to build and test motor control panels based on wiring diagrams
- familiarity with PLC, pneumatics, and motor inverter control is desirable
- the ability to read and understand electrical wiring drawings and terminate control and power cabling is essential
- installation and commissioning of safety control systems, such as safety relays and E-stop circuits
Requirements
- minimum qualification of a relevant City and Guilds certification
- proven experience in general electrical work across industrial, commercial, and domestic applications
- competence in 3-phase systems, control systems, distribution boards, and cable installations
- ability to read and understand electrical wiring drawings and terminate control and power cabling
- possess a full clean driving licence
- experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries is a plus
- knowledge of conveyor systems would be advantageous
- fork truck and IPAF licence is advantageous or willingness to undergo training for these operations
