  • estimating HVAC and Mechanical services packages
  • managing and recording information using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
  • meeting targets and deadlines associated with tendering of projects and variations in collaboration with the contracts team
  • collating information and formal quotations
  • assisting with commercial and contract matters relating to quotations
  • maintaining all tender documentation in an efficient manner and in compliance with company policies/procedures

Requirements

  • experience estimating within ventilation, air-conditioning, plumbing and/or Mechanical services sector
  • good interpersonal skills working closely with the Contracts Team
  • high level of attention to detail and ambition to progress within the mechanical sector
